关于与科隆展览（北京）有限公司合作关系的声明

Statement regarding cooperation with Koelnmesse (Beijing) Co., Ltd
 

        中国玩具和婴童用品协会（下称“我会”）注意到科隆展览（北京）有限公司（下称“科隆北京”）针对终止与我会关于中国童车及婴童用品展览会（下称“中国婴童展”）合作关系发布的不实声明。

        China Toy and Juvenile Products Association (“we” or “us”) has recently noticed that Koelnmesse (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has made a groundless Declaration regarding termination of the cooperation with us on the China International Baby Carriers & Baby Articles Fair (“CKE”).

        我会特此声明：我会已针对科隆北京单方终止合作关系的行为提起仲裁，在仲裁委员会最终裁决作出前，双方的合作关系并未终止，科隆北京仍然是中国婴童展的联合主办单位并应当承担与中国婴童展相关的合同责任。

        We hereby declare that the termination of Koelnmesse (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is unilateral and groundless, we have already submitted the dispute to arbitration. Before the Arbitration Tribunal makes the final award, the cooperation is still valid and binding. Koelnmesse (Beijing) Co., Ltd. shall still be the co-organizer of the CKE and responsible for any contractual responsibility thereof.
